We Train Anyone provide training for overseas Nurses relocating to the UK for nursing opportunities within the Healthcare sector. As part of their registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), all Nurses are required to sit 2 exams, CBT (Computer Based Test) and the OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination). We Train Anyone will provide training towards these exams as outlined below:
CBT
This is the first of the 2 exams that form part of the NMC registration process. Nurses will be trained using a blended learning programme consisting of virtual and online training to help them prepare. With a 100% pass rate to date, our CBT training programme has become highly recommended within the Nursing community.
OSCE
We are committed to ensuring nurses require minimal training on arrival in the UK and prior to beginning work with clients. We have a 98% pass rate for all nurses we have placed and 100% for the second attempt thanks to our robust and comprehensive pre-training and preparation of all nurses delivered in the nurse’s country of origin and “topped up” on arrival in the UK.
All remote training is delivered via current available platforms (i.e. Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams) and is dependent on the hardware and software available to the candidate. This approach is highly effective in ensuring we can be responsive and support learning around the candidates own schedule and family commitments. Moreover, we recognise that each person has a different learning style and are able to adapt and tailor our content to ensure each person maximises their learning time.
